• Whether the problem is isolated to one fixture or affecting multiple
• How long the issue has been going on
• Anything unusual you have noticed, such as discolored water, low pressure, a smell, or sounds from the pipes
• For water heater calls, whether the unit is tank or tankless and when the problem started
